George Amanatidze is Chief Executive Officer of Kingsmont. A Dubai-based investor, entrepreneur, international law expert and strategic leader, he brings more than two decades of experience across government, corporate and private-sector environments. His public-sector background includes senior roles within Georgia's Ministry of Defence, involving international legal affairs, policy development, treaty matters and negotiations with foreign governments and international organizations. In the private sector, he has worked across investment, business development, corporate advisory, technology, advertising, hospitality, wellness, artificial intelligence, real estate and international trade. His expertise spans strategic leadership, investment strategy, international negotiation, corporate governance, legal structuring, business development, cross-border partnerships and regulatory and institutional relations.

Jaba Ioseliani is Chief Strategy Officer of Kingsmont. A real estate entrepreneur and executive with more than a decade of business experience across Georgia and the UAE, he is a co-founder and partner of real estate development companies and the Founder & CEO of IOKA International in Dubai. His work focuses on real estate development, product strategy, positioning, branding and commercialization, with an emphasis on creating distinctive projects with strong commercial performance and long-term value.

Tamer Desouky is Chief Investment Officer of Kingsmont. An entrepreneur, real estate executive and investor with over 25 years of international business experience, his professional journey began in his family's automotive business and later expanded into tourism, international trade, real estate, investment and commercial strategy. He has held senior roles with leading Dubai developers, contributing to major real estate project launches, pricing and commercial strategy, marketing, sales organizations, investor relations and international market activity. His investment experience includes real estate across Dubai, Prague, Istanbul and Egypt, with a focus on investment leadership, commercial strategy and real estate at Kingsmont.
